Atlas connects to your Zoho CRM through a read-only OAuth connection and reads only configuration metadata — module structure, field definitions, automation assets, user records, and relationship mappings. It does not access customer data records, contact details, or any PII. The scan typically takes a few minutes depending on your CRM size, and runs entirely on Niravu's servers — your CRM is unaffected and the connection is closed when the scan completes.

We never access your actual records, contacts, deals, emails, or any business data. The scan is read-only and uses Zoho's official OAuth API with granular scopes you approve before we connect.
